Making AI and
pelvic health
make sense.
I’m Kristen. Twenty-five years as a pelvic health physiotherapist, now teaching business owners to put AI to work and teaching audiences the parts of their bodies nobody explained properly. Expect clear explanations, useful tools and a little laughter.

Put AI to work in your business.
Find the one opportunity worth starting with, build the process, and walk away able to do it again without me. Start with a conversation about your business.
Bring a difficult topic into the room.
AI, pelvic health, menopause and sex, taught with visuals, practical examples and room for a good laugh.
Let’s have the conversation.
Listen to The Hole Shebang, or invite me onto your podcast to talk about the subjects your audience wants to understand.

An explanation you can see
A little curiosity.
A lot of understanding.
I use visuals, practical examples and tools people already have to make difficult topics understandable. The moment it clicks is why I love teaching.
AI in a real business
Start with the work in front of you.
Your reports, your procedures and your business knowledge can be the starting point. I’ve helped owners build second brains, create useful scorecards and develop advertising workflows they understand.
One clinic owner I coach guessed most of her referrals came from Instagram. When we pulled her real numbers, web search made up 44 percent of them and Instagram was under 1 percent. That gap between guess and data is the whole reason this works.
