Hi, I’m Kristen

Curiosity has taken me
a long way.

I’m a pelvic health physiotherapist, a business owner and an educator. I love the moment someone understands something that felt out of reach and can see what to do next.

Ten years ago I was national director of therapies for a home care company, managing a team of 150, doing no clinical work at all. Then my body started throwing up stop signs, little red dots that wouldn’t go away, until a dermatologist asked if I was under a tremendous amount of stress. My mom put it best: it took my body throwing up stop signs all over it for me to pause and listen to it. I quit. Six figures, full pension, the whole thing.

You’ll find me teaching a group, recording The Hole Shebang or helping a business owner make AI useful in their day.

The thread through all of it

I want you to understand it well enough to use it.

That’s what connects pelvic health and AI for me. Clear explanations help people ask better questions, make decisions and put new knowledge to work. A visual, a practical example and a good laugh can go a long way.

A little of the story

Teaching keeps finding new rooms.

Blueberry Therapy just turned nine and has grown to a team of 31. The Hole Shebang passed 100 episodes this year, 17,844 downloads and counting. The Pleasure Principle has sold out two years running. Each one is a different way of making useful knowledge easier to reach.

While planning the first Pleasure Principle Conference in 2025, I was holding a lot of moving pieces: speakers, contracts, vendors and marketing. Seeing how AI could help organize that work changed what I thought was possible.

I started applying it across my business, then helping other owners do the same. Today, I mentor people through finding an opportunity, building a useful process and learning how to solve the next problem themselves.

I call this my bonus chapter. There’s a lot I want to teach, a lot I still want to learn and plenty of room for joy along the way.
